Refund Policy – East Bridge Institute of Foreign Languages

At East Bridge Institute, we are committed to providing quality language education and ensuring student satisfaction. If for any reason you are unable to continue with your course, please review our refund policy outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Full Refund:
  A full refund will be granted if the request is made within 24 Hours of course enrollment and before the first class has been attended.

• Partial Refund:
  If the request is made within the first 48 hours of the course start date and the student has attended no more than 2 classes, a 30% refund will be issued.

• No Refund:
  No refund will be granted under the following circumstances:

  • After 48 hours from the course start date.

  • If more than 2 classes have been attended.

  • If the student is expelled due to misconduct or violation of institute rules.

2. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be returned via the original payment method or bank transfer.

3. Course Cancellation by the Institute

If East Bridge Institute cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, students will be eligible for a full refund or can opt for a free transfer to another batch or course.

4. Transfer & Rescheduling

Students may request to transfer to another batch or reschedule their course before the 3rd class. Approval will depend on availability and instructor discretion. Transfers are subject to a small administrative fee, if applicable.

5. Special Cases

In cases of medical emergencies, relocation, or other unavoidable circumstances, refund or transfer requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with valid documentation.
